I took a free trail to photoroom. It has now expired and I have been charged the full annual amount! I thought I had requested the monthly payment option. Is there any way I could change this or to get a refund so I could change the subscription?? Thanks
You can see if this works but it may not change you to monthly right away if you have already signed up for a year.
The standard way would be to cancel the subscription entirely and then ask for a refund. However, you wish to change it to a monthly rate and presumably just pay for the first month already used and get the other 11 months refunded while still maintaining a subscription. You would have to ask Apple if that was possible. Otherwise you might just have to cancel the subscription entirely, ask for a refund, then resubscribe.
