When for example, I am paying for something on my phone whether through another app or through a website using Apple Pay, my Apple Card gets declined but if I select my other card that is connected to my Apple Pay, that card gets accepted.
I just get a card declined message when I select to pay with Apple Card on Apple Pay. I removed the card from Apple Pay and reconnected it so I will see if this clears up the issue. I could and can use the physical card and have autopayments clear on the card but not on Apple Pay.

Does the transaction show in the transactions listed in the Apple Card in your Wallet on your iPhone?
No because the payment never gets accepted, the card gets declined. Transactions that occur either by using the physical card or auto payments set up with the card show up.
What browser are you using for your internet browsing and purchases?
