how to cancel unpaid purchase

I'm currently facing a slight problem with my device. It seems that my brother somehow purchased multiple packs of pixels (game packs) from the store using my account, even though I didn't have any balance. Now I have to pay an absurd amount, which is particularly challenging for me as I can't afford it. I'm unsure of what steps to take in this situation. How could a pack be purchased without any balance?

The only option that you have is to pay upfront and request a refund.

If you have an issue with an app on App Store or billing --> Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store
You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription purchase

Avoid accidental purchases

If it is your device then, please --> Use Guided Access with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple ... before handing over a device to a child.
If it is your child's device then in the future, enable the Ask to Buy feature --> Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support
