Youtube Upload Issues After Verification

I have been trying to upload videos to YouTube via iPhone pro max. These videos are Less than 15 minutes (typically they are 3), I have "verified my account," and I have decent cellular data As Well As WiFi... for Some Reason- it takes Over Two/Three hours to upload a video to YouTube. I'm so frustrated by this bc I have No Clue what to do to try to fix this! PLEASE please please help!!! Thank you!!!
