Hello Gagan2425!

You have the Lock Screen Moon Phase Widget set up. To change it to the date only, please go to the Lock Screen. Now, long hold, tap “Customize”, then tap the screen which shows “Lock Screen” beneath it. Now, tap the widget above the Time.

Next, tap the date widget beneath Calendar, then tap the “x” and then “Done.”

Now, the moon should be gone, replaced by a more detailed date!

I realize this may be difficult to follow. For further assistance, please feel free to reach out!

I hope this is helpful. Good Luck!

Thank you for the screenshot.

Are you using an app in regards to the phases on the moon? It seems as it it were a spec of that app.
