Hello,
This company's effort at standing behind their product is beyond abismal. The fact that they make this ridiculous offer to fix a product that the company obviously failed to manufacture properly is quite insulting to consumers. They charge a premium price for what is supposed to be a premium product therefore should be prepared to stand by your product. At least offer to fix their mistake at a reasonable cost. Not $50 less than the price of a new one. I had more than one of your representatives tell me that I should just buy a new one. Why would I do that when you have proven that you can't be relied upon to produce a quality product? That would be crazy on my part.
This whole proccess has been very dissapointing as, up until now, I would have considered myself a loyal Apple customer. That has now changed. I will be seriously questioning whether I can justify owning any of your products going forward. Unfortunatley, It has become very apparent to me that this means very little to your company. I guess that is just how big companies work now. Too bad
