Unresponsive iPad touch screen

Hi

I have iPad Pro 3rd Gen, for some reason, the touch doesn't response

I try to reset with the volume buttons and power button and then also don't respond to any physical touch, so for now it stuck on a locked screen

What can I do

Hello,

This company's effort at standing behind their product is beyond abismal. The fact that they make this ridiculous offer to fix a product that the company obviously failed to manufacture properly is quite insulting to consumers. They charge a premium price for what is supposed to be a premium product therefore should be prepared to stand by your product. At least offer to fix their mistake at a reasonable cost. Not $50 less than the price of a new one. I had more than one of your representatives tell me that I should just buy a new one. Why would I do that when you have proven that you can't be relied upon to produce a quality product? That would be crazy on my part. 

This whole proccess has been very dissapointing as, up until now, I would have considered myself a loyal Apple customer. That has now changed. I will be seriously questioning whether I can justify owning any of your products going forward. Unfortunatley, It has become very apparent to me that this means very little to your company. I guess that is just how big companies work now. Too bad

This just happened to me. I was on Facebook and it stop responding. I tried to power it off to restart it and it wouldn’t respond to my touch. I took the cover off my iPad (including the screen protector attached to the case) and it didn’t help. I tried a bunch of things, but I couldn’t slide to power off. I eventually panicked. I pressed the power and home key for about a minute and finally the screen went black and it just powered off. The Apple logo appeared and after it came back on it was working fine.
