I have at one point or another blocked then unblocked an android user. I can send them a text but I can not receive from them any longer is there a way to fix this? From there phone it says delivered. I have iPhone 13 All that being said I have someone else I wasn’t getting them from also a android user never blocked

If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
I was able to figure this out with a call to my carrier. In short the android user must go to settings messages hit the three dots up in right hand corner and disable chat features. Fixed it.
