because i forgot to cancel my free trial subscription on an app and it automatically paid for the subscription i got a refund but the money is still not in my account i need it badly right now.

4) Select a broader category of issue you’re facing.
5) After that, choose a sub-topic.
6) Click Continue.
7) Under Contact, click Chat or Call.
