Why is this website tracking me?

Every singular time I go on any website this one website is always tracking me.

It first started tracking me when I just searched up how to connect a wireless keyboard, i click one of the websites and it brings me to some website about how to start a cult for some reason. That kinda scared me but I just closed the window. But when I tried to log into my iCloud account the website started tracking me and when I put in all of my info so I could log in it kept giving me an error. It made my antivirus go insane. After that I had enough and shut down my computer. But now when I use my iPhone it tries to track me and steal my info. I really wanna know what the heck is happening and if this is serious or not. :(
