If you forgot the screen unlock passcode, see this:

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled

For the Screen Time passcode, see this:

• Go to Settings > Screen Time.
• Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.
• Tap Forgot Passcode?
• Enter the Apple ID and password that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.
