You can't. If you try that it will go into activation lock. You first need to get your password reset. The best way to do this is through the settings in an Apple device you are already signed into... but that only works if you had a passcode setup on an iPhone or iPad or password protected on Macs. If you can't do that, then you'll need to go to iforgot.apple.com and start account recovery. You'll need to know the trusted number to do this.
