Starbucks UAE App not showing

Hey, I had the Starbucks Ireland app with my phone region set to Ireland, I’m now in the UAE with my phone region set accordingly even after deleting the Irish app when I try download and search for the Starbucks UAE app on the App Store it does not show and only the Irish app shows. When I click links to bring me to the specific page to download it does nothing also
