Where are you looking? If you're looking at the memory directly on the iPhone, that has nothing to do with iCloud Storage.


To see how much memory you have available in iCloud, open the Settings App. Tap your name at the top. Tap iCloud and you'll see how much space you have in iCloud.


To see how much memory you have on your phones directly, open the Settings App. Tap General. Tap iPhone Storage.


You can buy all the memory in iCloud you want, but it cannot increase the space you have on your phones.
