To check your iCloud storage level: from Check your iCloud storage on any device – Apple Support (UK)
On your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud.
The bar graph shows your overall storage usage.
Note that this storage is online, and can be accessed byb all your devices to enable syncing of items. It is not actually on your phone: the storage on iOS devices cannot be upgraded.
