after update my imac to 13.4.1.(c) i've lost touch id option in my system settings. What happened?

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.

Thank you, I did so, and even 'add fingerprint' showed up, but it just won't recognize the touch id on my wireless keyboard

Try turning the keyboard off then on.

If all else fails, try if reverting to 13.4.1 helps (it is very fast to do that).
