How to move file name to file text

Single-click on the open document titlebar where the document name is shown with an adjacent v symbol. This will open a panel where the filename is preselected. Copy and paste the filename into your Pages document. Click on the title bar to close again.

Additionally, and instead of copy/paste, once that filename is selected, you can drag and drop it to where you want it inserted within your document.
