My watch update
It says that my phone and my watch are not connected to the Internet, but they are connected. Why won’t you update?

To update your Apple Watch it must be connected to your iPhone, watch on charger power, and the watch battery above 50%. The internet connection is required from your iPhone and it must be WiFi, NOT cellular or hotspot from another cellular device like your iPad.
