Why does my iPhone keep changing from light to dark mode?
My new iPhone keeps going to dark mode. I have to shut it down to get it back to light. This is happening all through the day. Help

Hi, you probably enabled the automatic theme changing.
To disable this feature:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Display & Brightness."
- In the Display & Brightness settings, you will find the "Appearance" section.
- By default, the "Automatic" option is selected, which allows your iPhone to switch between Light mode and Dark mode based on the time of day.
- To disable the automatic theme change, simply tap on "Automatic" to switch to either "Light" or "Dark" mode, depending on your preference.Selecting "Light" mode will keep your iPhone in Light mode all the time.
- Selecting "Dark" mode will keep your iPhone in Dark mode all the time.
