Chose wrong audio output option
when plugged in to a speaker, the phone asked whether the speaker was a headphone or other audio device, I accidentally pressed headphones and now I cannot change it?
Thanks, I did find it, I had to reset lighting adapters. Not where I thought it would be it’s under headphone safety

Maybe this is the setting ?: Go to Settings> Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Headphone Accommodations,
and turn off Headphone Accommodations.

If that's not it: In the Settings app, you can "search" for iPhone settings you want to change
