I got in the water with my AW ultra for the first time. I used the water lock function. The watch worked properly since the measurements of the depth seemed correct. When I got out the screen was black. I though the battery was dead but when I tried to charge it it didn’t do anything. The screen remains black. The forced reset doesn’t work either. What can I do?
Your best plan at this stage is to check the charger is working, correctly plugged in, and powered (just to avoid any embarrassing human error). If that fails to get it working your Apple Watch Ultra is still within Apple's 12 month warranty period so just get Apple to check it out. Contact Apple Support to begin the process.
