malware on macbook pro?

I am running macOS Ventura 13.4.1

Webroot secureAnywhere CE 23.3 generates the following alert:

Suspicious activity detected

System folder modified: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mdmclient.daemon.runatboot.plist/sbin/launchd

To allow this app to make changes in the future press 'Ignore'

Is this malware?

To be clear the file pointed to at: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.mdmclient.daemon is not Malware. It is a System file that is locked with only Apple able to make changes to it.

Webroot SecureAnywhere is Malware and should be removed from your computer. There is no Antivirus that should be installed on your Mac.
