Hide my email not forwading

I have used Hide my email facility when transacting with a website, but the email from them has not been forwarded to my actual address. How do I find the email sent?

Hello Ch16age,


If you're not getting the emails from Hide My Email, that means the Forward To address is wrong. To fix this:


  1. Open Setting
  2. Tap on Your Name (Apple ID)
  3. Tap on iCloud
  4. Tap on Hide My Email
  5. Scroll to the bottom and tap on Forward To


It will forward to your Apple ID by default. Tap on Reachable At to add more options. You should be brought to the Sign-in & Security section of your Apple ID settings. Add more emails or whatever email you want the emails to be forwarded to. Once you have more options, follow the steps above again and select on the address you want them to forward to.


You could also attempt emailing the Hide My Email address yourself to see if the Forward To address is the problem or if the website you're interacting with just isn't emailing you.
