不好意思我想請問不能退款的理由是什麼? 這筆金額對我們家來說非常重要，相當於一個月的房貸，也已經說明是家中孩童誤刷的緣故了，是還需要提出什麼證明嗎?還是需要我直接聯繫你們或找消保官處理?

At the beginning of July, I downloaded a game app for my child to play. They changed the password to Touch ID while watching online videos for learning. Consequently, they made a series of in-game purchases. I tried to request a refund, but it was denied. What should I do?

If Apple denied the refund, then unfortunately, there is nothing we can suggest. They have the final word.
