How and from where do I delete photos to free up space? Have iPhone 13 and a Mac.

Why is my iPhone storage still full after deleting photos? Hiya and yes, I had 8000 photos and videos. My 200gb iCloud storage was full so I decided to move most of my photos and vids to an external hard drive. My iphone storage was ok. You can delete photos in your phone, your Mac or in iCloud.

Easiest way, IMO, would be in your phone. Make sure that, after you delete unwanted photos, you go into your "Recently Deleted" folder and delete the photos from there, as well.
