How can I update without a computer. Because I don’t own one
I want to update my iPad but I don’t have a computer. How can I do it?

If you want to update your iPad via a computer, is the reason for that that updating wirelessly is not working? to update wirelessly on your iPad go to settings>General>software update and connect your iPad to a wifi network and turn off low power mode.
If updating wirelessly is not working, you should make arrangements that you can use a computer in order to update your iPad
