Mail will open then Close and i get "Mail Quit unexpectedly" it will say Report (read) or send report to Apple or restart. every time I restart it happens! Help

Does the same problem happen when you boot into Safe Mode, and open Mail there?

when I open Apple Mail on my Mac it will open and quickly close down, why?
