My wife purchased two tickets to a concert from Ticketmaster then transferred them to my apple wallet. When I open my apple wallet it only shows one ticket. Is this normal till I scan at venue?

Have you confirmed with your wife that she added both to your Apple Wallet? Each individual ticket should appear.
Did she use Ticketmaster’s Ticket Transfer instead of physically adding them to your Apple Wallet? If so, you’ll want to contact Ticketmaster for help with their service: Ticketmaster Help
