Erase phone without AppleID My father passed away and I'd like to clear his phone before selling or recycling it. We can't find his AppleID, he no longer has email or a working phone number. You will need his Apple ID and password. If you don’t have them see→How to request access to a deceased family member's Apple accounts - Apple Support
