Is there a security issue with the latest upgrade to my iPhone Se 2020 now running 16.5.1

Apple released, and then pulled an iOS 16.5.1 (a) Rapid Security Response update because of some security exploits with Safari. I believe this will be released again in the next few days as 16.5.1 (b). Install it when it becomes available.
I read that apple issued a security issue on July 10th
called update 16.5.1 (a)
I was trying to find out if that was true or not.
my iPhone says I am up to date with 16.5.1 with nothing after those numbers.

It looks like apple released and then pulled the update I was talking about. Someone on this site just posted it.
