Monthly Challenge not recording?

My Monthly Challenge for July does not appear to be updating, although I am fulfilling the specified challenge. Would a watch reset cure this problem?

Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 9

Thank you Idris! I had been trying to re-boot or re-start the watch but the settings have all changed since I last did it and it kept defaulting to emergency SOS call, which I obviously did not want. I got around this by turning off my paired iPhone and then trying it again. This time I managed to re-start my watch and it has successfully updated my Monthly Challenge data! Let’s hope this continues.
