Hello - iphone 13 of my son had problems with the wifi and would shut down and then it worked again. now it becomes an issue as it works no longer. we did all the help indicated on help sites and even went to reset the iphone to zero .... Now we have no luck restarting his iphone as it stops of course at the stage where to chose the wifi to finish the set up.

Go to -> Settings -> tap Wi-Fi -> tap on the hideen Password -> enter Passcode -> you will then see the Wi-Fi Password.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
