Help! I am not able to open one of my notebook on the Noteshelf app. I have no problems opening any other notebooks I have. Has anyone experienced the same problem and found a solution? It contains notes I cannot afford to lose :(
I have switched my devices off and on many times and I am on the latest versions of the app and IOS.
