Apple TV + / MLS Season Pass - Audio / Video out of synch on replays - EVERY GAME

Hi, we are watching MLS games on Apple TV +/MLS Season Pass, usually delayed. We are watching on our TV through a Roku, on the Apple TV App. We use cable tv as well.

Anyway, every game we watch ends up with a severe delay in video to the audio. The audio is up to 1 minute or more in advance to the video. Help? Have to mute the games. I don't want to pay for this...
