Pairing an apple watch

I got a new iphone. I erased and mailed back my old one. But now I am not able to pair my daughters apple watch. Any suggestions?

Refer to the "How to erase your Apple Watch if you don't have your iPhone" section in Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.

Thanks. It’s a bummer it till totally erase all the data. Not sure I’ll get the ok from my daughter to do that.

It will erase everything on the watch. But when you go to pair it to your new iPhone, you'll be offered the opportunity to restore the data from the last backup of the watch.
