Macbook wont turn on

I can't believe the quality I was getting for the amount of money I pay for my MacBook Pro so basically ($1150/yr). My MacBook Pro 16", 2019 wont turn on, tried all the combination I find online and the apple customer service advices but nothing works. It was working fine the night before, I was doing my homework but suddenly it just wont turn on the night after, tried to charge all the ports, still nothing. The charger cable works fine coz it charges my phone no problem. My question is what is the process to have it service by apple technician? How much do you think it would charge me and how long? I'm in college rn and need the computer but afraid I don't have enough extra to pay for it.
