How to Remove “Your iCloud Is Being Hacked!” Pop-ups?

I am using Mojave & I keep getting the above message.Safari is also not opening.Can someone pls help?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

I am getting malware on MacBook Pro I am getting pop ups saying I have trojan horse, iCloud account hacked etc. Updated to Sonoma 14.1.1, logged out, changed iCloud password, blocked pop ups (I think). I don't know what else to do
