I can't figure how to change seasons on Make or Break. Or any other series either. Same for picking episodes. When I click the three little dots the only options are play or remove from First Up list. Seems Apple has some work to do to catch up with the ease of other streaming services.

Oh, I see. That is rendered differently indeed. It is missing content between the big image and ‘How to Watch’, and the black bar should be at the top.
What browser are you using? Apple recommends the latest version of Chrome or Firefox.

I still can't figure out how to navigate to different seasons/episodes.
I could use different words, different images, a different example show, but the navigation is as described above.
Unless you are using Up Next to resume watching a TV show’s current or next episode, it may be easier to select your show of choice anywhere else than in Up Next.

This is a user-to-user forum. You are not addressing Apple here. I can’t change any of how the site currently works, but I know that they will listen to some user grievances. Feedback - Apple TV App - Apple.
When I select the details options I get a screen that offers "resume episode" as the only option.

That’s not what I get on my screen.
For the listing in the Up Next queue list in a browser: From the More button (⋯), select View Details.
Or any other way of selecting this show (by category, by search) will get you to the show Details page directly.
On the Details page, scroll down a bit to show the episodes list below the splash image. All episodes are listed in one horizontally scrollable row. Use the arrow at the right (or left for the other direction), visible when hovering over that row. Above this row is a season selector, to jump to episode 1 of the selected season. Click the episode tile to start that episode. Click the episode description to go to a Details page for that episode specifically.

Clearly, this is far too cumbersome. EVERY other streaming app has made this a flawless enterprise. I still can't figure out how to navigate to different seasons/episodes. I've tried all of your "suggestions".

I'm using the latest version of Firefox but I've also tried Edge had the same result.
If you have content blockers/ad blockers or other add-ons that can manipulate a web page active in the browser, then try excluding this site for it.
No ad blockers for Apple plus.
