Apple watch Asking Update Apple ID Settings Continuously

Apple watch Asking Update Apple ID Settings continuously.

I've tried update settings by entering password but it says the username and password are incorrect.

I'm using the same credentials on my phone and it's working fine.

I've tried by reseting device, it works for sometime and again starts asking the same.

Please help me setup.
