Unable to install update , An error occurred installing iOS 16.5.1

I can do nothing as it's the "Verifying update " is on already 4 hrs and nothing happens . I can't even turn off the iPhone.

What should I do? Help

Force-restart, and try the update again: Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
