ICloud Account Recovery hacked

I have an iCloud of which started the recovery process several times. It is intercepted and categories changed before I can see them. I need APPLE LEGAL..or to find out if anyone has an answer or had this done to them.

Follow the steps in this article including changing your Apple ID password and reviewing Trusted Devices.

The link to contacting Apple Legal is here: Legal - Contact Us - Apple. But, you will need to work with the Apple Support that you had contacted to get the solution.

If your email provider is a third party provider, not your iCloud.com email, then it would usually have a password that is different from your Apple ID password. What happens when you sign in to the web portal of your email provider to try and reset your email password? Have they been able to assist with securing your email so you can receive the recovery link?

Thank you for helping me with this. Actually, I have a bunch of emails I cannot get into..I they are all intertwined. So my recovery info and other security measures get changed. This hacking is extremely resourceful and for lack of a better term “impressive”! With all that I know about my hacking’s I would not wish this upon ANYONE! I do appreciate it and will work on the other emails as I go along. Thank you!

I have talked to support. That’s how the recovery was initiated. There is a two step verification number attached of which is NOT mine and the recovering email notification goes to the email I’m trying to recover. Not sure what to do.
