Pro Max 14 and Free Style Libre 3

Owned my phone since it hit the market. Began new method of glucose monitoring today with Libre 3. Everything began okay with a successful first scan, but phone is NOT monitoring blood sugar levels. Help!!!! At over $250 spent on the meters for the next 3 months, and as informed by insurance, I cannot return the product to pharmacy and insurance will not approve a different method until 3 months from now. This is a critical issue!!! Please advise immediately.
