How to create an album for email sent photos on my iPhone 12?
How do you put photos that was emailed to me or text it to me in my photo album on an iPhone 12

Photos you receive in the Messages can be automatically shown in Photos, see: View photos and videos shared with you on iPhone - Apple Support
There is no matching service for photos you receive as mail attachments. The photos emails to you can be saved to Photos by tapping them in the Mail, then use the command "Add to Photos".
