Event not available.

I hope you can help. I have been unable to watch the last two matches of my favorite team, the Seattle Sounders using my Apple TV app. Here’s what happens:

1. I Launch the Apple TV app on my Sony Bravia using the Chromecast with Google TV dongle

2. Select MLS Season Pass and navigate to the live stream of the Sounders match

3. When I select the match this dialogue appears, “Event not available. This event isn’t available to watch in the country or region you’re currently in.” I live and watch in WA state.

4. This only happens when I try to watch the Sounders. All of the other live MLS matches are available on my TV.

5. When I use the app on my iPhone, iPad or MacBook in my house the Sounders games are streamed, even the last two games.

So what is up? I repeat, this has only occurred for the last two games, I’ve watched all the previous Sounders games on my TV. Location services are allowed on all my devices.

This shouldn’t happen, of course. All MLS matches should be available to Season Pass subscribers. These are not available to non-subscribers, unlike some other matches. I see the 07/01 and 07/08 matches listed for replay, and the 07/13 and 07/16 matches as upcoming.

Verify that you are (still) signed in to the Apple TV app through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has the subscription. See your subscriptions overview - Apple.

Else contact the Apple Media Services staff for further assistance.
