Siri phonetic pronunciation missing?

I used to be able to say “Siri learn how to say xyz’s name” and it would ask me to pronounce it and offer me options on the most correct sounding pronunciation. Why on earth has that feature been relegated to an obscure field hidden within a contact? Honest to god I thought I was losing my mind think I was misremembering this feature ever existed.

I have no idea how to spell a name phonetically. Why was this feature removed?
