My macbook pro is on but my touch screen, Screen and power button are not working

Start by trying the SMC reset:

Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support

If that does not work, try the NVRAM:

Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

These are only available on the Intel Mac, which is what I assume you have.

MacBooks don't have touch screens.

What happens if you press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds? It should go totally black. If it does, restart by momentarily pressing the power button and releasing it.

If the Mac is dead in the water, you need to have Apple evaluate it hands-on.

Yes. You have written that before. That you have a MacBook Pro that appears to be running, but that the Touch Bar, and the Power Button are not responsive.

You will want to press and hold the power button for ten or fifteen seconds, and let us know if ghat forces a hard shutdown. If the display screen does go black, wait about ten seconds, and then quickly press the power button to try restarting the Mac.

If that does not resolve this, contact Apple Support using the Support link in the lower left corner of this webpage, and chat or call Apple as available.

Yeah; I know. Welcome to my world. I too was completely confused by the same “touch screen” reference in a previous thread. It is a touch screen though, just not the first one that I (or you, here) was thinking of.
