The base build is not compatible with this install method

1. Boot into Recovery mode: Intro to macOS Recovery - Apple Support
2. the in Recovery Mode in the Finder menu launch Disk Utility and then using Disk Utility to repair the permissions and fix the drive
3. Reboot back into normal mode and try again!
