Most of my incoming and out going calls does not display the name of the caller even tho the contact is saved on my contact list. Please what do I do

If your contact is using a different (secondary) number than is listed in your Contacts list,
or if your contact has chosen to suppress/hide/block Caller ID,
then your phone app will not be able to display the name of the caller.
In the first instance, a number would be shown instead. In the second instance, something like ‘No Caller ID’ will show.

If you notice a user with a new number, then you can add that to your Contacts (ⓘ﹥Add to existing contact). Contacts can have multiple numbers.
If you notice ‘No Caller ID’, then only the contact can do something about that. Can’t be helped by you alone. It is a setting that the other party must turn off.
