Unfortunately this Epson Printer / Scanner is not listed as AirPrint Compatible >> About AirPrint - Apple Support (CA)
Check with the Manufacture for Printer / Scanner Drivers compatible with macOS 13 Ventura
From what I have found, sadly, the latest Drives from epson seem to end with macOS 12 Monterey
There are some very knowledgeable Contributors who may know of some Alternative Third Party Software / Drivers that make work but I am not one of them
