Can’t update my ipad

If your internal storage is full, your only option is to better manage the storage that you have - and delete unused Apps or unneeded data.

External storage options can often help with managing limited internal storage. Depending upon your iPad model, the iPad will either have a Lightning or USB-C port - and may therefore require either an Adapter or USB hub to connect the USB Storage device. I had the same problem and i deleted a lot of apps as well. One thing you can try is to check if your system is taking up a lot of storage. Mine did so i tried shutting down my ipad and restarting it again and then try updating the software
