iMac Apple ID is not active, Mac mini iCloud is inactive.

Hi RAJ from Miami Florida how are you doing? I have a question? My iMac Apple ID is not active, I try apple support it been 6-weeks now and no alternative yet, any idea how to resolve this?

I purchase a new Mac mini and my new iCloud is now inactive unfortunately I'm unable to use the computer because of unable to login to iCloud which is not active? Please advise?
